SPL Integration Staging
Integration adapter for SPL Token and Token-2022 account operations. It supports vault-controlled checked transfers and closing token accounts under transfer policy. This staging deployment exposes additional or pre-release functionality for review.

Integration notes
- SPL Integration Staging must be enabled on the vault before integration actions can run. Delegate permissions are still required for non-owner callers.
